Why We Home School

We home school for many different reasons.  Here are a few of the main ones:

• We travel and want our daughter to see all the places she can growing up.
• We have access to incredible tutors, mentors, teachers, co-ops and other hand-picked people to help in the process.
• The community we are a part of is a top-rated home school environment with many activities and endless resources.
• The internet, combined with other workbooks and other technology leads us to a place where few other schools could take our daughter.
• Finally, we love, LOVE being around her!

Home-Education Defined

The definition of a home-education program is "sequentially progressive instruction of a student directed my his or her parent in order to satisfy the requirements of Statute 1003.21 and 1002.41."
